Candle Making Private Class
Smith and Trade
Gather your favorite people and come pour with us.
Our private candle making classes are perfect for girls’ nights, birthdays, bridal showers, team gatherings, church groups, or any reason to slow down and do something creative together. Guests will be guided through the candle making process from start to finish, including choosing a scent, pouring their own candle, and learning a little about what makes a clean-burning soy candle.
Each class is relaxed, hands-on, and made to feel special — no experience needed. Just bring your people, enjoy the time together, and leave with a candle you created yourself.
Private classes are available by request for small groups and private parties.

Our Make Your Own Hat Bar is a fun, hands-on experience perfect for private parties, girls’ nights, birthdays, bachelorette parties, showers, team events, or creative gatherings. Guests will choose their hat and personalize it with a variety of bands, feathers, charms, patches, and other finishing touches to match their style.
This experience is relaxed, creative, and easy for everyone to enjoy — no experience needed. Just bring your people, have fun designing, and leave with a one-of-a-kind hat made by you.

Join us for a cozy, creative charcuterie class at Smith + Trade Mercantile.
Each guest will receive a handmade charcuterie board created by one of our local artists, then learn how to style a board that is both beautiful and delicious. We will walk through simple tips for choosing ingredients, pairing flavors, adding color and texture, and arranging everything in a way that feels effortless and elevated.
